Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) are looking for a Band 6 Tissue Viability & Continence Specialist Nurse to join the community team based in Histon Police Station but travelling county wide. The role includes assessing complex patients in their home or in a nurse led clinic setting, participating in teaching and mentoring of other professionals, engaging in clinical trials and research and have an in-depth knowledge of wound care and continence formularies.
