Customer Fulfilment Continuous Improvement Lead + Data Analyst to lead the creation of ‘best in class’ fulfilment processes that will ensure they deliver spare parts and consumables to all global markets with the highest levels of customer service performance at least cost. Using proven process improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six sigma) to facilitate cross-functional teams to define, justify and then implement new fulfilment processes which enable them to efficiently scale at pace in a way that that is sustainable for their teams.
