Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to provide dedicated expertise and support in relation to benefits, compensation, reward and recognition programs for the UK, Europe, and beyond. Key responsibilities will include support and administration of compensation and benefits programs, acting as an internal advisor, reviewing and improving programs, systems, and processes. The role will also support the set-up and management of benefits programs and providers as we continue to expand internationally. This role is a 12 months fixed term contract
